Most important, we want to be sure you're connected with Time Warner Cable Digital Cable, Road Runner High Speed Online and Digital Phone Service, and we can help ensure your service is connected at your new home.
Leaving: Please notify us 7-10 days in advance before the day you move, and we will schedule a disconnect appointment for you. Please be sure to return any Time Warner Cable equipment (converter boxes/remote controls) to avoid charges.
Arriving: Please let us know 7-10 days in advance if you are moving into our service area, and we will be glad to schedule your installation.
