If you experience a problem signing on to PayXpress:
- Retrieve your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link.
- Retrieve your username by clicking the "Forgot Username?" link.
- Please remember that your password is case-sensitive, so please enter your password in the same combination of upper and lower case letters as you did when you set up your PayXpress account.
Making changes to your PayXpress account
- Change your password and other settings via the "Update User Profile" link.
- If you want to stop or resume your printed statements, click on the "Paperless Option" link within PayXpress. This is new.
- If you transfer to another address and/or account within the Albany Division, you can create a new PayXpress account with your new Time Warner Cable account number.
- If you want your old PayXpress account deleted, please use our online "Help" form to give us the details via email. Select "PayXpress" as the subject. We can delete your current PayXpress account. Please provide your former address, current address, email address, PayXpress secure question and answer to have us process your request.
