You'll need your bill, so grab it now.
Back already? That was quick.
OK, when you register, you complete an online form with:
- the email address where you want your electronic bill reminders sent (you enter it twice to check for typos)
- a security question and answer pair (in case you forget your password)
- your title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr; sorry, no King, Queen or Lord)
- your first name, last name, account number and ZIP code exactly as they appear on your bill (that's why you'll need to refer to your printed bill)
After the registration data is sent to our servers, you'll be sent a temporary password to the email address that you indicated. Go pick up that email (we'll wait a second ...)
Now go back to the PayXpress site to log in for the first time.
After you've logged in, you can change the password to something you'll remember by clicking on the "Update User Profile" link. It looks like this -->
You can update your password, email address or security question/answer pair. Press "Submit" button when you're done. Now you have a password that you'll never ever forget. Right?

You can pay your bill at anytime, but it's preferred that you pay before the due date. If you want to set up recurring payment, you need to pay off your current balance first. A credit card is the only method we accept for one-time payments.
Step 4: Set up recurring payment
When you're logged in, you'll see an option to "Setup/Change" your payment method under the "Current Statement" header.
Recurring payment has several benefits:
- Never pay a late fee because your bill is paid on the due date automatically.
- No panic when the e-mail notification arrives that your new statement is available.
- On-demand access of your current and past statements online.
After you click on "Setup/Change," you'll be sent to a page where you select how you want to pay your bill every month. You can use a credit card or bank account for recurring payment.
Step 5: View your monthly statement
You can look at your current statement or past statements for up to six months. The statement images are PDF files, which you can view with Adobe Acrobat Reader (download it for free) and save to your computer for future reference or to print.

Thank you for reading this entire page. You now know more about PayXpress than just about anyone. No more worries about your cable bill. Go enjoy the day!
