Time Warner Cable services local colleges in New York's Capital Region and the Berkshire region of Massachusetts. Most of these schools have individual contracts that provide a base level of service for on-campus students with an opportunity for individual accounts to upgrade.

To order services during the school year:

   1. Visit one of our convenient, local customer care centers
   2. Order online, following the instructions on this page.
          * If you order online you can select to pick up your equipment, which will be ready for you, at the local customer care center OR you can opt to have it delivered to school via UPS
