Can I pay my bill automatically with my bank account or credit card?

Answer:

You have two options to set that up—online, as a recurring payment from your bank account or in person at a cable store near you:

  1. Online through PayXpress. Visit the MyServices page and click on the Pay Your Bill button. Sign in to PayXpress and you will be taken to the Accounts Overview page. Select the orange button in the middle of the page entitled "Recurring Payment". Follow the onscreen instructions and it will walk you through the simple three-step process of setting up a Recurring or Automatic Payment.
  2. Visit one of our cable stores and fill out the paperwork.
