News 14 Carolina is Time Warner Cable's exclusive, 24-hour local news network featuring local weather forecasts every ten minutes with Weather on the Ones. North Carolina’s award-winning news network combines local coverage with resources from around the state to provide four discrete local news channels.

 

Time Warner Cable owns the all-local television news network. It originally launched in the Raleigh and Charlotte areas in 2002, expanding to Greensboro in 2006 and then to Wilmington, Jacksonville and Morehead City in 2008. News 14 Carolina reaches more than 1.5 million Time Warner Cable households in North Carolina.
