An easy way to lock in guaranteed savings for two years. Here’s how it works. When you bundle two services, you save on regular monthly rates. Bundle three services and you save even more! Then, lock in guaranteed savings for two years. It’s that easy. Plus, it is all from one company, on one simple bill. Watch, click, and talk - enjoy it all with no hassles.

Our Price Lock Guarantee has some important terms and conditions:

• Participation in the program gives you our Price Lock Guarantee bundle at a protected price for a 24 month period.
• Participation in the program involves a contractual commitment, so if you cancel or downgrade package services you will be subject to an early termination fee of up to $150.
• The early termination fee is not applicable if you tell us you want to cancel or downgrade services during the first 60 days after you sign up for the program.
• The Price Lock Guarantee renews automatically at the end of the initial 24 month term for up to two additional two-year terms. Approximately 30 to 60 days before your two-year term ends, you will receive an automatic renewal notification. Your fees may increase when your package renews.
  

Some other important things to remember…

• To remain eligible for the program, you must continue to receive all of the Price Lock Guarantee services and you must remain a customer in good standing, including complying with our Residential Services Subscriber Agreement.
• The monthly rates do not include applicable taxes, franchise fees or tariffs, service or installation charges, or charges for additional products and services not included in the Price Lock Guarantee package, such as equipment.

Except for the monthly bundle price - which you can always be sure of -- Time Warner Cable has the right to modify or delete any aspect, feature or requirement of the Price Lock Guarantee package or its individual components. For example, we sometimes make channel lineup changes. If, as a result of such a change, some channels are no longer included in the Price Lock Guarantee package, you won’t be entitled to receive those channels and your rate will not be adjusted.
