When you have Caller ID display on your phone or Caller ID on TV, Call Waiting Caller ID shows you the identity of the second caller when on an existing call.

To take the second call, put the first call on hold by pressing the FLASH button or quickly press the switch hook on your phone.

To put the second call on hold and go back to the first one, press FLASH button or the switch hook again.

If you hang up on one call, the phone will immediately ring to remind you that the other caller is still holding. Just pick up the phone to connect.

If you don't answer the second call, it will go to Voicemail. If you don't have Voicemail, the caller will simply hear the ring tone.
