First, disable the Caller ID on PC feature. Then, re-enable the feature with your new AOL Instant Messenger® (AIM®) screen name.

To disable Caller ID on PC:

1. Login to VoiceZone.
2. Select the Settings tab.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Caller ID on PC link in the left-hand menu.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Disable Caller ID on PC button.
   
   
   
   
5. Click OK button in the pop-up window to confirm and disable Caller ID on PC.

To re-enable Caller ID on PC:

1. Make sure you are logged in to AIM® with your new AIM® screen name.
2. Login to VoiceZone.
3. Select the Settings tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Caller ID on PC link in the left-hand menu.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Get Started button.
   
   
   
   
6. Type your AIM Screen Name in the blank field then click Continue.
7. You will receive an instant message from TWCCallerID with an activation code.
8. Type the activation code into the Confirmation Code: field and click Continue to finish enabling Caller ID on PC.
