Doug Logan ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Doug Logan is the Director of Time Warner Sports in Syracuse. He is in his fourth year overseeing the programming, operations and advertising sales for Time Warner’s Sports Channel which currently serves 620,000 cable subscribers throughout Central and Northern New York, as well as the Southern Tier. For 19 years, Doug served as the play-by-play “Voice of the Orange” for Syracuse University Football and Basketball on the WSYR New York State Radio Network. Throughout his years as play-by-play announcer, Doug broadcast 1,000 games, including 12 bowl games, 17 NCAA Tournaments, 2 Final Fours, 5 National Invitation Tournaments and 3 NIT championship games. Doug worked 19 years as Sports Director of WIXT-TV, serving as Sports Anchor for the 5:30pm and 11:00pm newscasts. During his broadcasting career he has won awards from the Associated Press, UPI, New York State Broadcasters Association and the Syracuse Press Club.
