Channel Change Information

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances.  The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of these services in the near future.

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order

to better serve our customers.  The following changes are planned:

 

Syracuse/Fulton and Auburn locations: We will be moving Jewelry TV to digital channel 180 and Shop NBC to digital channel 181 (available to all customers with digital converters);Style will move from channel 75 to ch. 16 (ch. 15 in Auburn only), Spike TV will move from channel 78 to channel 72 and E! will move from channel 77 to channel 75.

 

We will be moving Shop NBC from it's current location on our Standard-tier ("cable-ready") lineup to our Digital channels, available to all customers with a digital converter.

 

Ogdensburg/Gouverneur/Harrisville customers ONLY: We will be adding WPTZ (NBC-Burlington/Plattsburgh) to our Digital Basic lineup on channel 6, available to all customers with at least a digital tuner and/or converter.

 

Ogdensburg/Massena/Potsdam customers already receiving WWTI-DT2 (CW) also receive that on our Digital Basic line-up, available to all customers with a digital tuner and/or converter.

 

Music Choice is also changing its lineup and available channels effective April 15, 2009.

You may downgrade or terminate service without charge at any time.  Further, if carriage of a premium channel is discontinued and you have incurred installation, upgrade or other one-time charges relating to such premium service within six months prior to the date of the change, you may elect to downgrade or terminate service within 30 days and obtain a rebate of any such charge.
