Safety Tip: Call Before You Dig

 

Before you dig into any outdoor home project, remember Dig Safely, a public service to help keep you safe.


Dig Safely lets Time Warner Cable and other participating utilities know about planned digging or backhoeing, giving us time to mark our underground cables. This free service helps you prevent personal injury, property damage and service interruptions caused by accidentally digging into cable, telephone, electric, gas, and water and sewer facilities.


State law requires that Dig Safely be notified by calling 1-800-962-7962 at least two full working days, not couting the day of your call, before digging begins.
