How to Use PayXpress

Step 1: Register
You will need your printed bill, so go get that. Back already? That was quick.
OK, when you register, you complete two online forms.
On the first form:
- Your account number from your bill (seven digits then two digits; use preceding zeros if necessary)
- Your ZIP code (five digits only)
On the second form, you'll create your profile:
- The email address where you want your electronic bill reminders sent (you enter it twice to check for typos)
- Your desired username
- Your desired password (you enter it twice to check for typos)
- A security question and answer pair (in case you forget your password)
- Register now
Step 2: Log in
After you are done with registration, you are already logged in.
When you return to the PayXpress site, you'll need to log in. There is a convenient checkbox to "Remember my Username". Use this on your home computer only. Don't use this at Internet cafes or public computers. You can also use links to remember your username or your password.
Step 3: Pay your Balance
You can pay your bill at anytime, but it's preferred that you pay before the due date. If you want to set up recurring payment, you need to pay off your current balance first.
Step 4: Set Up Recurring Payment
Recurring payment has several benefits:
- Never pay a late fee because your bill is paid on the due date automatically.
- No panic when the email notification arrives that your new statement is available.
- On-demand access to your current and past statements online.
- After you click the button, you'll be sent to a page where you select how you want to pay your bill every month. You can use a credit card or bank account for recurring payment.
Step 5: View Your Monthly Statement
You can look at your current statement or past statements for up to six months. The statement images are PDF files, which you can view with Adobe Acrobat Reader (download it for free) and save to your computer for future reference or to print.
