This feature will be available over the coming weeks and months as we upgrade Digital Cable set-top boxes with the new Navigator guide. If you have more than one Digital Cable set-top box in your home, you may receive the new TWC Navigator at different times with different models.

Press the button on your remote control to see the main DVR screen.

24 hours a day, seven days a week, there are almost endless programs on TV. Improved DVR controls and features will keep you from missing the best of them.

As you explore the DVR menu you’ll discover features that will help you easily record programs. For instance, by linking DVR with the redesigned Navigator™ we make it possible to find shows up to two weeks in advance and set them to record with the touch of a button.

New Recording Conflict Resolution

When a show doesn’t broadcast as planned, a red conflict icon will appear next to the program in the upcoming show list. If the program is in conflict with other recordings you’ve scheduled, a series of options will appear on-screen to help easily resolve the problem.

Recording Log

Press the LIST button on your remote. The Recording Log tells you why a show didn’t record or was deleted so you can manage your recording needs.

And as your needs change, so can your controls. A few simple commands from your remote control will let you reset the channels that appear as your personal favorites or what your children can watch even when you’re not there.
