No Dial tone If you are unable to get a dial tone with your home phone service, please follow the steps as outlined here or watch the video.
Voice quality If you are experiencing voice quality issues with your Digital Phone service, check to make sure that there are no wireless devices such as wireless routers, cordless phone base stations, baby monitors, etc. in close proximity to your Digital Phone modem. If there are wireless devices in close proximity, try moving them at least one foot away from your Digital Phone modem and three feet away if possible. This will reduce the likelihood of your modem picking up interference from these other devices. Another possible factor in voice quality issues is the channel that your 2.4Ghz cordless phone operates on. Try changing the channel of your 2.4Ghz cordless phone. Your phone's instruction manual should show you how to do this and often this will alleviate the problem. If you're still experiencing voice quality problems, call us from your home phone at 611. This brings you directly to a Digital Phone technician. If you prefer, we have a video to assist you.
Voice mail Voice mail is an optional add-on that requires you to set up your outgoing message and retrieve incoming messages. Please watch the video for voice mail. When you retrieve messages away from home, you can:
