*98 (Star Ninety Eight)
 
Rapid access to a voicemail mailbox from a Digital Phone line is available to the subscriber by entering *98. Access via *98 will log the subscriber into the mailbox associated with the Digital Phone account. The mailbox could be stand-alone or shared (integrated) with their Pivot service. If a subscriber wants to log in to a mailbox other than the one assigned to the DP, they may do so by entering *98 and upon hearing the voicemail prompt, entering *5 and the ten-digit TN of the mailbox they want to reach.

Selecting English or Spanish Voicemail Prompts:
 
Subscribers with an initialized mailbox can log in and change their language preference from English to Spanish or vice versa. From the main menu of the Telephone User Interface (TUI), enter 4-9. Once a language is selected, all subsequent prompts in this call and thereafter are in the selected language.
