What is Second Line service?

Answer:

Second Line service enables Digital Phone subscribers to have a second distinct phone line in their home. This service offers voice capability only (no Internet or cable access) and all the same features of the primary Digital Phone line. Second Line works through the same high-speed data (Ethernet) port on the customer’s cable modem as Digital Phone. There is an additional cost for this service, please go to the Pricing & Packaging page for more information.
