How to transfer my Time Warner Cable services:

Step 2: If you are moving to a new city and must return your equipment including your Digital Cable Set-Top and modem, you will need to visit us at one of our local Cable Stores in your old city. Find the Cable Store near you.
Step 3: Meet the installer on the day of installation at your new home.
