- NEW! 3-Way Calling - allows you to add a third party to an existing conversation without operator assistance. It enables you to “flash” (leaving the in-process call on hold), get a new dial tone, place another call and then “flash” again to connect all three parties together.
- NEW! Anonymous Call Reject (*77) - Allows you to block unwanted callers who restrict sending their Caller ID information such as “anonymous” callers.

- Call Waiting ID - Call Waiting ID combines the features of Call Waiting and Caller ID to let you know who is calling when you are already on the phone.
- Published Directory Listing & Directory Assistance Listing - The Digital Phone service includes a single listing in the main local directory and Directory Assistance (411) listing.
- Caller ID Block (*67) - If you have a publicly listed name and number, you can make calls without identifying yourself.
- Cancel Call Waiting (*70) - You can choose not to be disturbed when on an important call and keep call waiting from interrupting your telephone conversations.
- Call Forwarding (*72) - You can forward your calls to an alternate number using Call Forwarding.
- Caller ID Restore (*82) - If you have a private or unlisted name and number and wish to reveal your identity you can do so by pressing *82.
- Enhanced 911 Service (911) - Contact local police, fire and other emergency agencies/services by dialing 911. With Enhanced 911 service, your address will automatically pop up on the police dispatcher's screen.
- Technical Assistance (611) - Never worry about reading a user's manual or second guessing technical problems again! Should you experience a problem, as a Time Warner Cable Digital Phone customer you can call for technical assistance at any time by dialing 611 from your Digital Phone service.
- Inbound and Outbound Call Restriction - You can restrict incoming or outgoing calls that can incur extra charges such as collect or international calls.
- Local Number Portability - Keep your phone number! You can switch to Time Warner Digital Phone without changing your phone number.
