When you subscribe to both Digital Phone and Digital Cable, you can enjoy the added convenience of using your TV as a Caller ID display. When the phone rings, the caller’s name and phone number are shown in the top left hand corner of your television screen. Now you don’t have to get up to decide whether you want to answer the phone or not.
Caller ID on TV has been automatically added to your Digital Phone service at no extra charge.
To start using your Caller ID on TV, tune to channel 1502.
Here is how Caller ID on TV works:

The Caller ID display will appear in the upper left portion of your TV screen.

To manage the features of Caller ID:
Tune to Channel 1502.
The display will read "Passport Caller ID is currently enabled." Press the "A" button on your remote to control to select your settings.
Turn Caller ID on TV off / on:
Select "Caller ID Status" and then select "Disabled"; turn it on again by selecting "Enabled".
Change how long the banner remains on your TV screen:
Select "Banner Duration" and then choose the amount of time (in seconds) that you'd like the display to remain
See a list of your most recent incoming calls:
Select "Received Calls"
