What are the popular Calling Features available with Time Warner Cable Digital Phone?

  • Unlimited Usage – Digital Phone customers with standard service can call anytime, anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and talk for as long as you want without worrying about extra charges.
    • Usage may vary depending upon Digital Phone service plan.
  • Call Waiting - Use the phone with the confidence that you will not miss an important call!  Call Waiting enables you as a Digital Phone customer to receive important incoming calls while already on the telephone.
  • Caller ID - Caller ID lets you know who is calling without picking up the phone by displaying the name and telephone number of the person making the incoming call.
  • Call Waiting ID - Call Waiting ID combines the best features of Call Waiting and Caller ID.
  • Voicemail - Rely on voicemail to get your calls when you are away or cannot get to the phone.  There is no equipment to buy or set up and the cost is low!
  • Published Directory Listing & Directory Assistance Listing - The Digital Phone service includes a single listing in the main local directory and Directory Assistance (411) listing.
  • Caller ID Block (*67) - If you have a publicly listed name and number, you can make calls without identifying yourself.
  • Cancel Call Waiting (*70) - You can choose not to be disturbed when on an important call and keep call waiting from interrupting your telephone conversation(s).
  • Call Forwarding (*72) - You can forward your calls to an alternate number using Call Forwarding.
  • Speed Dial (*74) - Call your most frequently dialed numbers using just one digit.
  • Anonymous Call Reject (*77) - Block unwanted calls from callers who restrict sending their caller ID information such as "Anonymous" callers.
  • Caller ID Unblocking (*82) - If you have a private or unlisted name and number and wish to reveal your identity you can do so by pressing *82.
  • Enhanced 911 Service (911) - Contact local police, fire and other emergency agencies/services by dialing 911. With Enhanced 911 service, your address and phone number will automatically pop up on the police dispatcher's screen.
  • Customer Service (611) - Never worry about reading a user's manual or second guessing technical problems again! As a Time Warner Cable Digital Phone customer you can call for technical assistance at any time by dialing 611 from your Digital Phone service.

*Unlimited calling across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico for customers with standard Digital Phone service. Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations. Offer valid for residential customers in Digital Phone serviceable areas.
