What is My Account?

Answer:

My Account is designed to allow you to view and manage your account online. With easy access to your account information you can now:


• View your account balance
• Access services for Online Bill Pay
• Edit your profile
• Manage users
• View your current services and equipment
• Change communication preferences
• View scheduled appointments

 

To access My Account, sign up for a TWC ID, sign in to MyServices, and opt-in to Online Bill Pay.

 

To opt-in to Online Bill Pay:

 

1. Log in to MyServices
2. Click Go to PayXpress
3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

 

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
