International OnePrice^Ò Calling Plan is available to customers who subscribe to any Digital Phone calling plan and Digital Cable and/or Road Runner High Speed Online. Offer valid for residential customers in Digital Phone serviceable areas around North Texas. International OnePrice^Ò applies only to calls terminating on landline phones except on calls terminating on cell phones in the following countries: Anguilla, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Macau, Paraguay, St. Kitts, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago. For participating countries click here. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, directory assistance and operator services. International calls to satellite phones, special services numbers such as toll-free or caller-paid information services such as 900-type numbers, calls to chat lines and mobile phone numbers are not included and will be charged at additional per-minute rates. The International OnePrice^Ò plan is a residential service only and is not available for commercial use.

International OnePrice^Ò provides customers with 3,000 minutes of calling time per month, based upon a calendar month. Please note that your billing cycle may not be in sync with a calendar month. Time Warner Cable reserves the right to monitor usage for possible abuse of service. More than 3,000 minutes a month of retail use is considered beyond normal residential use and may be investigated, resulting in potential termination of service.
