After you login, your Inbox will appear showing all your messages (sorted by newest to oldest).

Note: If your home computer is turned on and you are logged into your e-mail client, you may not see any new messages in your Inbox or messages may disappear after you view them in Web Mail. To avoid this problem, make sure to exit your e-mail client before you login to Road Runner Web Mail.

At the bottom of your Inbox, there is a summary of how many messages are in your Inbox, how many messages are unread in your Inbox, and how many bytes are being used total (Drafts and Inbox).

You can also view new messages, compose messages, search existing messages or delete messages on the Inbox page.

The Sent folder contains messages that you have sent. To view the Sent folder, click the Sent tab.

Note: Messages in the Sent folder are counted towards your total storage limit.

  • When you delete messages from the Trash folder, your current quota usage is immediately reduced. For example, if your current usage is 8 MB and you delete a 2 MB message from the Inbox, your current usage will still be 8 MB. If you select the Trash folder and delete the 2 MB message, your current usage will now be 6 MB.
  • Clicking the logout radio button only terminates your Web Mail session; it does not purge deleted messages (in the Trash folder) nor reset the calculation of your usage.

The Drafts box has all of the same features as the Inbox except for the Get Mail feature. To view your draft messages:

Click the Drafts tab. Messages that you have saved from the Compose Message page will appear on this page.
