Q:		Whenever I select a Movie On Demand, I press the play button but the VCR or DVD button lights up and the movie doesn’t play. How do I fix this?

A:		In order to control On Demand programming, you will need to set your remote in On Demand mode. The VCR/DVD and On Demand toggle switch determines the code transmitted by the remote. In the VCR/DVD setting, these keys send transport/pause commands to your VCR/DVD. In the On Demand setting, they allow pausing, scanning forward, skipping backward, stopping and resuming play of a current On Demand program.
