Q:What if there is an error message on the screen?
A:There are a couple of reasons why an error screen may appear. Make sure the digital cable set-top box is set to INTERACTIVE. Tune to channel 999. The summary section the last line should read U-N Config: Interactive. If that isn’t the issue, reboot your cable set-top box. Contact Us, if none of these actions correct the problem.
