Desert Cities 25 Best Moms 



Thank you for your interest in the Desert Cities 25 Best Moms essay contest and luncheon presented by Time Warner Cable and MIX 100.5. We received nearly 1,300 essays this year from students.

 

Congratulations to each of the 25 Best Moms for 2009! Please see the list of Best Moms and the students that wrote the essays about them. We’ve also included an excerpt of each of the winning essays. We will announce the winners of the essay contest at the elementary, middle and high school levels during a luncheon celebrating the moms on Saturday, May 9. Those winners will receive a Sony VAIO laptop computer and their teachers will receive a $250 gift card for school supplies.
