Mike Sagona

Mike Sagona is Director of Engineering for the Desert Cities system. He oversees the area’s Headend facilities, which is the hub for receiving, storing, coding and distributing our digital TV cable, High Speed Internet Data and phone signals to customers. In addition, Mike manages our Construction Department, which builds cable infrastructure for new and existing developments.

His knowledge and experience made Mike a key player in the Hybrid Cable Fiber (HCF) upgrades in both San Diego and Desert Cities, requiring an understanding in new materials, new wiring architecture, design, and operations.

Mike graduated from the Electronic Technical Institute in 1977, and has over 27 years experience working in the Cable Industry.
