Jerry Phillips is our Director of Field Services. He oversees the Installation, Repair and Demand Maintenance crews, which number over 100 employees. Hired by Time Warner Cable in 1992, Jerry has over 13 years of experience in the Cable Industry.


Prior to his arrival in Palm Desert, Jerry helped manage the San Diego system. While there he played a vital role in the Division’s first launch into fiber optics technology, upgrading from a standard cable infrastructure to an advanced Hybrid Fiber Cable plant. 


Jerry’s technical training began in 1987 with the United States Air Force, where he served as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist responsible for the launch and recovery of military aircraft. In addition, his technical know-how made him a troubleshooting expert for engine repairs, airframes, and hydraulics-related problems.
