How can I find out if I already have a TWC ID?

Answer:

In the MyServices homepage, click on Forgot Username?, enter your email address and press Submit. If you have a TWC ID, your Username will appear on the next screen. Otherwise, you will get an error saying “Invalid Email Address”, and you should either try again with another email address you may have used or register for a TWC ID.

 

 Please note: If you have already registered a TWC ID to access any of the following applications or features, you will need to use the same credentials:

 

  • MyServices
  • VoiceZone
  • Call History
  • Mobile Manager
  • TWC TV™ for devices
  • DVR Manager
  • Online orders placed as an existing customer
  • TV Everywhere partner sites (ESPN, YES, Speed 2, HBO GO, MAX GO)
