Pay Online with PayXpress

Our secure online billing system, PayXpress is free and easy-to-use. With PayXpress, you can view and pay your latest bill online, set up recurring payments, view past statements and sign up for paperless billing.
 

How Do I Access PayXpress?

You’ll find PayXpress in MyServices, where you can access all your account features in one place. View and pay your bill, plus manage your account, TV, Internet and Digital Home Phone services and more.

Automatic Bill Payment
Your payment is deducted electronically each month using your credit card or bank account. Sign up online for automatic bill payment, or return a completed form in the mail.

 


Pay by Phone
Use your credit card to pay your bill at your convenience via phone.

 


Pay by Mail
For prompt processing of your payment, mail it to the address as listed on your bill. Include either your current billing statement or include your account number on your check or money order. When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash through the mail.
