Have your bill handy. You will need your account number and customer code, which can be found on any of your past monthly bills or PDF versions of your statements.

Check your email. We will send a message to the email address you provided. Click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process which includes creating a Time Warner Cable username and password.
Sign in with your new username. Once you’ve completed the new registration process, enter your new username and password to sign in and view your call history.
