Understanding Your Billing Statement

Front of Bill:

 

  1. The address at which service is provided.
  2. The name the account is under.
  3. The account number for this address.
  4. The due date by which your payment should be received.
  5. The total amount due by the due date listed.
  6. The date on which a late fee will be charged and the amount that would be due on that date.
  7. The day your bill was calculated.
  8. The location of your Time Warner Cable office.
  9. The total amount enclosed.

Back of Bill

 

  1. The Prior Month's History shows the cable activity and payments made during the previous month.
  2. The Adjustments/Credits shows credits received or service adjustments made to this month's cable service charge.
  3. The Installation Charge shows charges for cable, High-Speed Online, or Digital Phone installations or upgrades.
  4. The Partial Month Service shows charges that correspond for the partial month of service or
    services that were activated or discontinued during the current month.
  5. The Monthly Services details your recurring cable activity for the statement month. Monthly services are billed one month in advance.
  6. Movies and Events shows Pay-Per-View and On Demand movies or events purchased and associated charges.
  7. Taxes and Fees shows taxes and miscellaneous fees that are associated with your cable, High-Speed Online or Digital Phone account. Required fees include FCC User Fees, Franchise Tax and Sales Tax.
