Billing Policy

 

You will receive a combined monthly bill that includes all Time Warner Cable services that you have chosen to enjoy, including cable television and Time Warner Cable Road Runner Internet access service. Our policy is to bill one month in advance. Please note that when you first order Road Runner or cable television service (or when you add a service to an existing account) that you may receive a bill that covers pro-rated service(s) for the current month as well as the charge for the upcoming month.

 

You may pay for your cable service with a valid check. A deposit will not be required for the cable modem. However, you are responsible for paying for damage to the Time Warner Cable -owned cable modem that is the result of abuse or negligence. You may be charged up to the full value of the cable modem if it is lost, stolen, or not returned when your service terminates. If you decide to discontinue your service at any time during the month, you will be credited for any prepaid time not used.

 

Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be subject to penalty fees. If payment does not clear due to non-sufficient funds, service may be discontinued without additional notice. Through the use of Time Warner Cable Road Runner, you may access certain information, products and services from providers other than Time Warner Cable for which there is a charge, including certain online services. You are responsible for paying these additional charges. You are also responsible for protecting the security of your credit card information from unwanted or unauthorized Internet-based transactions.
