Time Warner Cable Programming Notification - OCT 9, 2009
I am writing in our ongoing efforts to keep you apprised of developments affecting the cable television system serving your community.
Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time. Only in rare circumstances are we unable to renew or extend these agreements. For legal reasons, we are required to inform you that negotiations are currently being held with the following programmers:
At Time Warner Cable, from time to time we make certain changes in the services we offer and the following changes are planned: On or after November 9th, G4 moves from ch. 216 to ch. 239; Biography from ch. 217 to ch. 237, History International from ch. 218 to ch. 238. In addition, the following service addition is planned on or after November 28th: Metro Sports 2 to be added on channel 222 and will not be accessible on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment.
It is our intention to keep you informed of programming changes on an ongoing basis. To that end we have created a page on our cable system website http://www.timewarnercable.com/KansasCity which provides customers with constant updated information.

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time. Only in rare circumstances are we unable to renew or extend these agreements. For legal reasons, we are required to inform you that negotiations are currently being held with the following programmers:
The following service additions are planned and will not be accessible on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment: Style HD, Weather Channel HD, Crime & Investigation HD, MSNBC HD, WE HD, IFC HD, Fuse HD, TV One.
In addition the following channel changes will occur: G4 will move from ch 216 to 221; BIO will move from ch 217 to 222; BIO HD will move from ch. 1217 to 1222; History International will move from ch 218 to 223. For up-to-date listings of our packages and channels, visit our website at www.timewarnercable.com.

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future.
Azteca America,E! Entertainment Television,Fox Movie Channel,GAC,GSN,i-LifeTV,KCTV,KCTV-DT,KSMO,KSMO-DT,Lifetime,Metro Sports,Metro Sports on Demand,NBA TV,NHL Network,NHL Network HD,ShopNBC,Style Network,The Weather Channel,BBC on Demand
In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following service additions are planned - these new services will not be accessible on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment: AMC HD, E! Entertainment HD, TCM HD, WGN HD, QVC HD, HLN HD, G4 HD.
When available, extra games from Big Ten Network will be available on channels 993 - 997 and in HD on channels 1532 - 1536.
Regarding Recent Programming Changes
Check Time Warner Cable Channel 1 for information on recent programming additions and other changes, or see the Channel Lineup page for an up-to-date listing of channels. HD channels begin at 997. To figure out the number for an HD version of an SD channel, add 1000 to the number. The only exceptions are local network stations.
