Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future.

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following service additions are planned and will not be accessible on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment: BET HD, Nickelodeon HD, MTV HD, VH1 HD, Spike TV HD, CMT HD, Comedy Central HD, Oxygen HD, BBC America HD, Encore HD, History International HD, Investigation Discovery HD, HSN HD, Gospel Music Channel HD, HBO Family HD, HBO Comedy HD, Action Max HD, Thriller Max HD, Showtime Showcase HD, Showtime Extreme HD, Starz Edge HD, Starz Comedy HD, PPV Game2 HD. Also, Metro Weather (channel 20) may be dropped.

I am writing in our ongoing efforts to keep you apprised of developments affecting the cable television system serving your community.
Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time. Only in rare circumstances are we unable to renew or extend these agreements. For legal reasons, we are required to inform you that negotiations are currently being held with the following programmers:
At Time Warner Cable, from time to time we make certain changes in the services we offer and the following changes are planned: On or after November 9th, G4 moves from ch. 216 to ch. 239; Biography from ch. 217 to ch. 237, History International from ch. 218 to ch. 238. In addition, the following service addition is planned on or after November 28th: Metro Sports 2 to be added on channel 222 and will not be accessible on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment.
It is our intention to keep you informed of programming changes on an ongoing basis. To that end we have created a page on our cable system website http://www.timewarnercable.com/KansasCity which provides customers with constant updated information.

Check Time Warner Cable Channel 1 for information on recent programming additions and other changes, or see the Channel Lineup page for an up-to-date listing of channels. HD channels begin at 997. To figure out the number for an HD version of an SD channel, add 1000 to the number. The only exceptions are local network stations.
