3-Way Calling, which allows you to add a third party to your phone conversation. And it’s included with your Digital Phone service at no extra charge, so you can use it as often as you want – there are no additional fees or charges for 3-Way Calling!

Add 3-Way Calling for FREE 

If you are an existing subscriber without 3-Way Calling, add it to your Time Warner Cable Digital Phone Service now at no extra charge. Simply fill out the form below and click “Submit” or call 1-800-934-4181. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and your 3-Way calling service will be set up within 3-5 business days.

Here’s how to use 3-Way Calling:

• Place your first call
  
  

• Once connected, use the “FLASH” button to put your first call on hold (If you don’t have a FLASH button, depress the “TALK” button or the “SWITCH HOOK”/push button on your phone)
  
  

• When you hear the new dial tone, place your second call
  
  

• Once connected to your second call, hit the “FLASH” button again to connect everyone and chat away
  
  

• Should your second party not answer, hit the “FLASH” button twice more to drop the 3-way call
