Production Request

 

Thank you for your interest in Time Warner Cable’s public affairs video production department.  Please read the following information carefully and click on the link provided below to submit your video production request.


Time Warner Cable’s production department follows a pre-determined production calendar for programs that will appear on our Local On Demand Channel 1111 or other Time Warner Cable channels.

Time Warner Cable’s production department is not available for hire for external productions that are not for broadcast on a Time Warner Cable channel.

 

From time to time, Time Warner Cable may be able to accommodate requests to film an event for the purpose of airing it on one of its channels provided the programming meets all the following requirements and the production department is not previously committed:

 

  • Material is of interest to a wide, general audience in a number of communities we serve
  • Material is appropriate for family viewing under local community standards
  • Time Warner Cable will incur no cost to film the event
  • As the program producer, Time Warner Cable owns the rights to the program  and reserves the right to schedule the program and its duration on any channel programmed by Time Warner Cable Mid-Ohio Division
  • There will be no fees or royalties paid to the organization from Time Warner Cable for airing the program
  • There will be no fees or royalties paid by Time Warner Cable to participants in the event
  • There will be no fees or royalties paid by the organization to Time Warner Cable for airing the program
  • The organization will obtain all necessary permissions from participants appearing within the program and for copyrighted materials included in the program such as music, performance rights, trademark or patent rights
  • Time Warner Cable will maintain creative and directorial oversight of the production during all production phases including filming and editing


 

No event will be considered for production by Time Warner Cable unless it meets the above requirements and the production request form is completed and submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of the requested production date.
