Pay by Phone

Use your credit card to pay your bill at your convenience via phone. If your account is delinquent and your set-top terminal has been disabled, you can now use our automated system to pay your full balance and turn your set-top terminal on. To use this service, call 614.486.5398 or 800.492.9336. Have your printed bill and credit card handy.

 

Automatic Bill Payment


Your payment is deducted electronically each month using your credit card, debit card or bank account.

Pay by Mail

For prompt processing of your payment, mail it to the address as listed on your bill. Include either your current billing statement or include your account number on your check or money order. When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash through the mail.
