Other Payment Options
Pay by Phone Use your credit card to pay your bill at your convenience via phone. If your account is delinquent and your set-top terminal has been disabled, you can now use our automated system to pay your full balance and turn your set-top terminal on. To use this service, call 614.486.5398 or 800.492.9336. Have your printed bill and credit card handy.
