Here’s How it Works
You can turn Caller ID on TV off or turn it back on or to see who your last 10 callers were, just follow these easy instructions.
To turn on Caller ID on TV:
- Press "A" on your digital remote control.
- Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Call Alert OFF."
- Press "SELECT" on your remote control and "Call Alert ON" will appear with a check mark.
To turn off Caller ID on TV:
- Press "A" on your digital remote control.
- Select "Caller ID" and scroll down to "Call Alert ON."
- Press "SELECT" on your remote control and "Call Alert OFF."
To see who the last 10 callers were:
- Press "A" on your digital remote control.
- Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Received Calls."
- Press "SELECT" on your remote control to view your last 10 calls received
To receive all services, Digital Cable, remote and lease of a Digital set-top box are required. Some services are not available to CableCARD customers. Not all equipment supports all services Digital Cable and Digital Home Phone required for Caller ID on TV. Digital Home Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Home Phone may not be available. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations. Offer valid for residential customers in Digital Home Phone serviceable areas.
