To view your online bill statement, please register for a TWC ID, and sign into MyServices. Select Go to PayXpress and opt-in to Online Bill Pay. Select the View Statements tab located in the left navigation bar on the PayXpress Account Overview page. Scroll down to Past Statements to view previous bills or select View PDF Statement icon under Statement to view your current bill statement. Your past available bill statements will be presented in a PDF file format for viewing with Adobe Reader software.
To opt-in to Online Bill Pay:
After opting-in to Online Bill Pay, you will be able to view your current bill statement and previous bill statements through MyServices. You will also receive a monthly email notification when your new bill statement is available to view online.
If you have already registered a TWC ID to access any of the following applications or features, you will need to use the same credentials to log in to MyServices:
Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
