Select Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? on MyServices  and follow the instructions.

Forgot Username?

• You’ll be asked to enter the email address we have in your profile.
• Enter the email address that you used to create your account, click Submit, and your Username will come up on the next screen.

Forgot Password?

• You will also be asked to provide the answer to your security question that you created when you registered for MyServices.
• Once you answer the security question, you will be asked to create a new Password to access your MyServices account.
• A confirmation page will display verifying that you have changed your password.
