Participating schools must be located within the Time Warner Cable Nebraska service area
Eligible teachers (grades K-12) must work at a state accredited public or private U.S. school within the Time Warner Cable Nebraska service area
Projects must involve cable television or technology, either with national cable program networks or local government, educational, or public access television
Projects should focus on areas such as curriculum development, cross-curricular studies, classroom-to-community activities, study related materials, audiovisual productions, and/or multimedia applications
Projects need to take place between early September and mid-April in the current school year
Entry Instructions A teacher, or team of teachers, must create and conduct a project based on the above criteria, and submit the official entry form and project summery by the due date. Educators may submit more than one entry, but each entrant may win only one prize per year. Educators may include lesson plans, samples of support materials, and copies of student work or class projects in their entry. Videotapes (optional) should be no longer than five minutes. All materials must be labeled completely with entrant’s name, address, and phone number. Materials submitted will not be returned. By entering, entrants have given permission to use their names, photos, and project materials for promotional purposes.
