What is Community Programming?
At LCC-TV Channel 13, we provide a community service by providing an outlet for the citizens of Lincoln, Crete, and Seward to broadcast programs at no charge over our cable system.
We offer workshops/training in camera use, studio practices and video editing. These workshops must be taken before anyone may use our equipment. No fee is charged for workshops.
In addition, we also run public service announcements (PSA’s) on an as time allows basis.
