PayXpress Online Bill Payment 
On October 5th, PayXpress, Time Warner Cable’s online billing service is changing for the better.

We’re upgrading the service to help you save time, save on postage and save trees with paperless e-bills!

New features:

  • Go green and enroll in paperless billing
  • Enroll in recurring payments for greater convenience
  • Choose from numerous payment options (credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account)
  • Get a quick summary of your account and be able to access 6 months of statements

 TWO IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

  1. You may choose either traditional paper billing statements OR enroll in PayXpress Online bill pay.  Currently you can not receive both paper bill
    statements AND PayXpress online.
  2. To Unsubscribe from PayXpress, you MUST first
    remove any recurring credit card payments from your account BEFORE unsubscribing.  Should you forget to do this, contact customer service at (402) 421-0300.
