Safety Tip: Call Before You Dig

 

Before you dig into any outdoor home project, remember Diggers Hotline, a public service to help keep you safe.

Diggers Hotline lets Time Warner Cable and other participating utilities know about planned digging or backhoeing, giving us time to mark our underground cables. This free service helps you prevent personal injury, property damage and service interruptions caused by accidentally digging into cable, telephone, electric, gas, and water and sewer facilities.

State law requires that Diggers Hotline be notified by calling 1-800-331-5666 at least 2 full working days and no more than 20 working days, before digging begins.
