Caller ID on TV
Caller ID on TV is a convenient way to see who’s calling while you’re watching TV. This service is free to customers with Digital TV and Home Phone.
3-Way Calling
3-Way Calling allows you to add a third person to your phone conversation. See Instructions
Caller ID
Protect your privacy - and your free time. See who's calling before you answer the phone by looking on the screen on your Caller ID enabled phone. See Instructions
Call Waiting
When you're on the phone and a second call comes in, you will hear a "Beep." You can put your call on hold while you answer the other. See Instructions
Call Waiting Caller ID
This feature combines Caller ID and Call Waiting. The “Beep” alerts you to a call coming in. Just look at the visual Caller ID display on your phone to see the name and number of the person calling. Answer it or ignore it. It’s up to you. See Instructions
Anonymous Call Reject (*77)
You can block unwanted calls from people who do not send their caller ID information, just press (*77). See Instructions
Speed Dial (*74)
Save time by setting up your Home Phone for one digit dialing to call frequently dialed phone numbers. See Instructions
Call Forwarding (*72)
Automatically forward your calls to a local, long distance or mobile phone number. See Instructions

Caller ID Block (*67)
If you have chosen to reveal your identity when placing calls and wish to be anonymous for a particular call, press (*67) before you dial to block your identity from the other person’s Caller ID. See Instructions

Home Phone does not include backup power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Home Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations. Offer valid for residential customers in Digital Home Phone serviceable areas.
Please note, for purposes of calculating the amount of New York state and local sales tax due for residential and business class unlimited service plans, 21.39% of the charge for your phone service is attributable to interstate or international Telecommunications service and is excluded from New York sales tax.
