And unlike answering machines, Voicemail can take a message when you’re on another call. There’s no equipment to buy because we built Voicemail right into our Home Phone service.

Record & Retrieve your Messages with Ease

• You have Voicemail. To see if you have message, simply pick up the phone. A special "Beep-Beep-Beep" stutter dial tone means you have a message.
• Listen to your messages at home. Just dial *98 or your home number to check messages. No need to enter a PIN number.
• Listen to your messages away from home. Get fast login and easy access to your messages away from home using any touch-tone phone.
• Record your own personalized greeting. Record a greeting up to 3 minutes long and change it as often as you wish.
• Choose to hear Voicemail prompts in English or Spanish.

Manage & Organize your Messages

• Save, replay and erase messages easily. Your Voicemail box allows you to store about 40 minutes of messages.
• Retrieve accidentally erased messages.
• Rewind and advance messages.
• Mark messages as “new.” Don’t forget an important message. After you have listened to a message, you can mark it as new.

Home Phone does not include backup power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Home Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations.  Offer valid for residential customers in Home Phone serviceable areas.
