I have Limited access to MyServices. What features will I be able to see?

Answer:

 If you don’t provide the Customer Code during the registration process, you will have Limited access to MyServices. You will be able to login into MyServices, but will not see everything a verified user will see. You will be able to access:

 

My Account – Update your profile, view your account balance, view upcoming appointments, current services and equipment (TV, Internet and Mobile) and edit communication preferences.

 

My TV – View TV listings and featured On Demand programming or search the thousands of movies, sports, events and shows available, plus have access to DVR Manager
Please Note: DVR Manager may not be available in all areas.


My Internet – Check your email messages via a separate mail login, view subscriber benefits, view primary email address, and  Road Runner news

 

My Mobile – See in-depth usage details, find out how to change your plan and access other features such as device data usage, coverage map and usage calculator.
