How do I pay my bill online?
Answer:
You have two options to pay your bill online using a credit/debit* card or a checking or savings account:
To pay your bill online, click on the Go to PayXpress button on the My Account page located within MyServices. From PayXpress, click on Pay Bill from the menu on the left. On this page, you can choose to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments (automatic bill pay).
One-Time Payment
To make a one-time payment, click the blue Make a One-Time Payment button and follow the on-screen, 3-step process to send your payment. Please note: you must login and complete this process every billing cycle.Set up Recurring Payments
To set up automatic bill pay, click the orange Sign up for Recurring Payments button and follow the on-screen, 3-step process to sign up.
*Note: the option to pay by debit card may not be available in all areas.
