A One-Time Payment is a manual (non-recurring) payment option where you authorize Time Warner Cable to collect a payment (total due or other amount) from a specific credit card or bank account – only when you choose. You must sign into MyServices and click on the Go to PayXpress button each month in order to make a One-Time Payment and keep your account current.
